Older dogs:
for older dogs aged 6 or over (smaller breeds aged 7– 8 or over). Older, less active dogs require a less nutrient-rich diet with reduced protein, phosphorous and salt content. Reduced energy content and additional fibre help prevent weight gain. In overweight dogs, the daily requirement should not be spread over multiple feeds.
